Return Policy:
All Sales are final. Store Credit will be issued if your return is eligible:
- We must receive your return within 15 days of receiving your order to be eligible for store credit.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

How will I receive my store credit?
We now offer Store Credit directly to your online account! Once your return has been processed, we will issue a store credit to your account. Please login here: https://account.zenandzeus.com Your store credit can be used at checkout online or in-store as a payment method.
Yes, we do offer return labels. Once your return request is approved, your return label will be emailed to you. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.

We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method that provides a tracking number, in the case of a lost package.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept clothing past the 15 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period, the customer will be required to pay a $7 shipping charge to have the items sent back.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit to your account. You may then place an order for the desired item using your store credit. This policy can be worked with, as sometimes we can just do a quick swap. (For example: you are swapping for a different size of the same product.)

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail and offer an expedited shipping service for an additional fee. Tracking is always included. If you need a package ASAP, please email us.
